Today guys, I have really exclusive stuff! I want to present you a new band from Singapore – Septic Excrements. But don’t judge this book only for its cover, the name may sound more suitable for goregrind, but actually, guys are playing great and punchy grindcore. The core of this squad has very skilled people, but right now I can’t tell you who are these. This material will be released on vinyl (12″) by local label Shitresist, in a month or so… so keep your eyes open!

And finally, what do we have here? Let’s say this is a raw but very tasty recording, not a beauty but not an ugly swan. All songs are tough as fuck, fast and wicked! The guitar has a dirty tone and it produces a ton of short but solid riffs. The drum section is a separate topic for discussion. You will say it’s messy and hard to catch all beats? Maybe, but listen closely, every blastbeat, every note made by a guy who knows what grind is. It is worth to highlight the variety of this part. The screaming/roaring sector is loud and perfectly fits this noise, actually, it reminds me a bit of Wormrot style…
Yes, this work is not perfect, but I think this is a damn good debut and it is worth your time! The full demo will be out very soon, so be patient 😉
