Wow, I can’t believe my eyes… One of the most disorganized bands (in Australia for sure) finally released their first full length album! I know that they had recorded almost all parts more than 2 years ago (pretty huge delay isn’t it?) but the final mixing was made only now. I did not even know about the existence of this release. I was sure that Joe Caper ended his music activity after Righteous Pigs death. So this small release became a good surprise for me. As I understand this is a solo project of Joe’s. This review is my way to correct a mistake I’ve made since I’ve discovered this band only now. The Crack Under Pressure are pretty strong representatives of the German school of powerviolence. The work which is called Uneasy Peace was recorded back in 2014, but released only in 2016 (and it`s strange for me because this material is of very high quality). Sometimes I want to experience the atmosphere of old american wave of grind/harcore/pv from 90th… yes, now we have many good modern bands (I dont want argue with that) but they play not that kind of stuff. Succumb is a band from Massachusetts (this is in the USA, if someone forgot) and it consists of people from Orchid, Vaccine, Bucket Full of Teeth, Ampere, Death Evocation, The Cancer Kids, No Faith, and many others… Unfortunately, I could not find more information about them, apparently it was a temporary project, but I would prefer to be wrong here.
