Cryptic Void is one of those bands, who like to make concept albums. This slab is a continuation of a long story, they began in 2015,on the EP “Psychomanteum”… Just reading the title, says almost everything, which needs to be said, about this massive album. The story is not only written in the music, but spreads its tentacles into the artwork also. Cryptic Void – Psychomanteum (Imminent Destruction Records)

I was very glad that Imminent Destruction sent me this vinyl of guys from Texas for review. This is a vinyl reissue of their debut work, which was first released in the form of a cassette. Even though it’s debut but the quality of this work is simply amazing. Average listener will think “so what’s wrong with that?”.
