Germany and hardcore? Of course! Today I want to listen to and talk about the last mini-album of the cool metal-hardcore brigade Von Drakus. Shame on me, but I never hear about them before… But I will try to fix this ridiculous misunderstanding. So guys are active for more than 10 years and have a few albums in their discography. Must admit that the design on this tape looks really good, especially the limited edition, Casete sell was painted by hand and look delicious… Lower Class Kids rec has a real passion for DIY!

Hmm, I want to start by identifying the style of this band, because that is important and interesting. The base of this material is metal and hardcore, but guys put to this pot punk and crust genres. In my opinion, they did the right thing, because the music became brighter and different. So along with more or less usual drum parties, you will catch d-beat (and that turns my mood up). I want to highlight the guitar sound and tone here, it`s really loud and buzzing. The vibrations of rhythm sections are pleasant… the vocals remind me of a stenchcore style (Instinct Of Survival for example), it fits so good here and works well with other elements. Plus, this is not a breathless mess of different tunes, screams, and beats, this music s has a good dark atmosphere. To be short, I bet you will love this small album!
