Pharmacist – Medical Renditions Of Grinding Decomposition

Here we go again! New stuff from the Japanese freaks! I don’t know how, but for the only one year of existence this project managed to release an album, ep, and few splits (crazy, isn’t it?) and, of course, now Pharmacist has a solid fan base.
The cover of this work is freaking disgusting, rotten remains with maggots and melted parts, this shit will make normies puke, haha! But on the other hand, this work must have a classical gore look!

It`s not a secret that people behind this band are big fans of Carcass. All material has a big influence from these grandpas. The guys really did a nice production, nothing out of its place. Songs are long, the shortest is about 4 and a half minutes, but don`t forget, this is not a grindcore blast ;). The instrument`s sound amazing! Chainsaw sound guitar sound is so bone crashing! Drums have old-style sound, but the sound is far fro modern and it helps to create a special atmosphere on this album. The vocal is not overloaded with distortion, there is a perfect balance between death metal growl and gore roaring. And again this work has a nice and raw cemetery atmosphere.

Maybe someone will say that Pharmacist is just another Carcass clone, but I don`t give a fuck. Seriously, the “Medical Renditions Of Grinding Decomposition” is a massive work with great artwork and good sound. Guys did their best, and this album is a great addition to the gore metal genre!
